Ford Escape Fuel Injector Seal/O-Ring Kit
The fuel injectors on your Ford Escape use seals and O-rings to prevent fuel leaks at the top of the engine, between the injectors, fuel rail, and intake. These seals and O-rings are mostly made of fuel resistant polyurethane, but may deteriorate and wear out over time due to high heat and fuel system pressure. This can lead to fuel leaks and a lean fuel mixture in your Escape's engine. It may also cause a fuel smell from the front of the vehicle, or visible fuel leaking from the fuel rail or manifold while the engine is running.
