Hutchins Manufacturing Company, located in Pasadena, CA. is a 65 year-old privately owned company founded by Al Hutchins. Al Hutchins started his career as a body man with an engineering background. Al started designing pneumatic tools to increase productivity and performance. Although Al is no longer with us, his two sons Alme and Don continue to follow the path created by their father. It is commonplace to hear a Hutchins family member's voice when calling our facility. As in the past, all sanders are proudly produced in the United States. Hutchins Manufacturing produces the highest quality hand held surface preparation sanding equipment on the market. Hutchins specializes in conventional, vacuum assisted and water sanders for all automotive and industrial applications. Hutchins also manufactures hand sanding boards and replacement pads for most brands. From aggressive material removal to delicate automated wet sanding, Hutchins has the sander.
