2012 Toyota Venza - Steering Column Bearing
The steering column bearing allows your steering wheel to turn smoothly without binding. It is located inside of your steering column and supports the steering shaft. Like all bearings, a steering column bearing can fail due to age or debris in the bearing itself. This may cause popping, roughness, or other noises when turning. These problems may also be caused by problems with your rack and pinion, gear box, or power steering pump, so rule out additional problems before replacing the bearing. If you determine the bearing is the cause of your problems, visit O'Reilly Auto Parts. We carry a steering column bearing and other steering parts for most cars, trucks, and SUVs.
