Honda Civic Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor

The fuel tank pressure sensor alerts you to pressure changes within the evaporative emissions (EVAP) system and fuel tank on your Honda Civic. This sensor is normally mounted directly on the tank and provides information to the engine control module to control fuel use by the engine. The fuel tank pressure sensor also activates the Check Engine light if there are EVAP leaks or if you have a bad gas cap on your Civic.
