Toyota Camry Tie Rod End

The Toyota Camry's tie rod end is a front suspension part which attaches the rack and pinion or steering linkage to the steering knuckle of your Camry. The tie rod end moves with the car's suspension using a ball and socket design. Tie rod ends also help when aligning the car, and most are threaded on one end to allow for adjustments. Many Toyota models use an inner and outer tie rod. The inner tie rod is attached to the steering rack and the outer tie rod is attached to the steering knuckle, with the two threaded together in the middle. Bad tie rods can cause a loose or shaky steering wheel, excessive or uneven tire wear, or poor front-end alignment. If you need tie rod ends for your Camry, O'Reilly Auto Parts has ball joints, steering racks, and tie rod ends so you can make a complete repair.
