Jeep Wrangler Vehicle Speed Sensor

Your Jeep Wrangler's vehicle speed sensor (VSS) sends information about the speed of the crankshaft to the computer. This information is used by a number of systems on your Wrangler, including the speedometer, transmission, cruise control, and more. With time, the vehicle speed sensor can become erratic or wear out and stop working as it should.
