Ford F-Series Heater Hose

The heater hoses on your Ford F-Series move warm coolant to and from the water pump and through the core to provide heat for the inside of your truck. Like all hoses, heater hoses can become dry and brittle with time. Since one end of the hose goes to the cabin, you could see coolant leaks at the back of the engine, or even antifreeze on the passenger floorboard. This may also indicate a problem with the heater core. If the heater isn't getting warm or if you have a coolant leak on your truck, check the heater hoses and ensure the heater core is not clogged. If you need to make a repair, O'Reilly Auto Parts carries heater hoses, heater cores, and other heating and cooling system parts for your Ford F-Series truck.
