ENROLLMENT

How do I become an O’Rewards member?

Enrolling is easy with two convenient options:

  • Visit www.OReillyAuto.com/create-account, and follow the prompts to enter your contact information and setup your account preferences.
  • Stop by any O’Reilly Auto Parts store and ask one of our Parts Professionals to assist you in signing up for the O’Rewards program.

Who can join the O’Rewards program?

Membership in the program is free and no purchase is necessary to apply for a membership. Program membership is open to all U.S. and Puerto Rico residents (excluding all U.S. territories other than Puerto Rico) at least 18 years old. O'Reilly team members, their immediate family members living in the same household, and professional customers are not eligible to participate. Program membership is only available to individuals. Program membership is not available to commercial accounts, corporations, businesses, charities, partnerships, enterprises or any other entity, unless written approval is received in advance from O’Reilly Automotive, Inc., in its sole discretion.

Why am I asked to provide my email address or mobile phone number?

Earned rewards are distributed via email or text message within one week of earning them.

You may also receive additional members-only benefits, such as exclusive offers, special product-related promotions, weather related offers, and you can also track your purchases and point balance at OReillyAuto.com. You can manage these settings in the My Communication Preferences section of your Account.

To opt out of text messages, text STOP to 64078 and follow the prompts. Once you have opted out of text rewards, you will be defaulted to receive rewards via email. Members with mobile phone numbers registered in Canada or Mexico are ineligible to receive their rewards via text message and must provide an email address during enrollment to receive earned rewards. If you would like to opt out of promotional offers or communications, please click the unsubscribe button at the bottom of received emails.

How do I get an O’Rewards card if I enrolled online?

Cards are no longer issued during enrollment and they are not required to participate in the program. Simply provide the phone number linked to your account at the register or log on to your account at www.oreillyauto.com/signin when making a purchase online. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.

Can I re-enroll in the program after I’ve terminated my membership?

Yes. If you re-enroll in the program within a year of termination, any points that were not transferred into rewards will be retained.

PRIVACY

Will you share my personal information with anyone?

No. Your privacy is very important to us and will be respected at all times. We will never disclose your personal information or transactional history with anyone, for marketing purposes or otherwise. Information is used strictly for conducting the program and fulfillment of rewards. Please review our Privacy Policy for additional details.

REWARDS

When will I receive the rewards I have earned?

All rewards are distributed by email or text message. A $5.00 reward will be issued for every 150 points earned. Within one week of reaching 150 points, qualifying Members will receive their O'Rewards earned reward and the points will be deducted from Member’s account. Once points are deducted, they cannot be credited back to Member’s account.

What can I purchase with my earned rewards?

You may redeem your earned rewards on most items in O’Reilly Auto Parts stores and at OReillyAuto.com. Total purchase price, before tax, must be equal to or greater than the value of your O’Rewards earned reward.

Please note, the following exclusions do apply:

  • Combinations of multiple coupons on purchases
  • Gift card purchases
  • Commercial account purchases
  • Promotional coupons may not be used on sale merchandise

Can I receive my rewards in the mail?

O’Rewards earned rewards are distributed exclusively via email or text message.

Can I redeem multiple rewards or promotional coupons during one transaction?

Only one reward or promotional coupon may be redeemed per transaction or invoice. This applies to both in-store and online purchases.

Do my rewards ever expire?

Rewards expire 90 days from the date of issue, or after use.

Can I redeem rewards at OReillyAuto.com?

Yes, rewards can be redeemed online at OReillyAuto.com. There are several opportunities throughout the checkout process to sign up for an O’Rewards account or connect an existing O’Rewards account to your purchase.

I lost / forgot my card. Can I still earn rewards?

You may use your O’Rewards membership without a card by providing your phone number or O’Rewards card number prior to making a purchase. We will locate your account in our system and ensure proper credit is applied.

What if I lose my reward?

If you lose your reward, you can access it on your online account. Please see “How do I manage my O’Rewards account online” for help on creating/accessing your online account.

How do I redeem my rewards?

  • In-Store: Present the barcode from your reward during checkout.
  • Online: When you’re ready to checkout, go to the Cart Summary and enter your reward code in the “Promo Code or O’Rewards Reward” box to redeem. Your reward code is located under the barcode on the email or postcard reward you received. On qualifying redemptions, a discount for the coupon’s value will be applied to your total purchase.

Where can I find a list of all active rewards I have earned?

Log in to your account at www.OReillyAuto.com/signin. The My O’Rewards page contains your current balance, along with a list of active rewards, including dollar amount, expiration date and alphanumeric code. You are also given the option to reprint your reward(s) for in-store use.

How do I manage my O’Rewards account online?

  • If you have already created an account online, visit www.OReillyAuto.com/signin and log in.
  • If you enrolled in-store with an email address, visit www.OReillyAuto.com/create-account. Provide the required contact and login information, check the box next to “I already have an O’Rewards account” and follow the link to “Find My O’Rewards Account”. Follow the prompts to complete registration.
  • Members who enrolled in-store with a physical address prior to July 1, 2021, will not have access to their account online, and will not be able to earn points on online purchases, until they provide an email address and create an account online. Stop by any store, and our Parts Professionals will assist you with updating your contact information, or visit www.OReillyAuto.com/create-account and follow the prompts to create an online account.

What if I forgot my password?

Log on to www.OReillyAuto.com/signin and click the “I Forgot My Password” link. Follow the prompts to create a new password.

How do I change my address, phone number or email address or check my current points balance?

Log on to www.OReillyAuto.com/orewards-loyalty-program to update contact information and manage your account.

Can others use my account to accumulate additional points?

Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared with anyone other than the account holder.

How can I terminate my membership in the program?

You may opt out of the O’Rewards program at any time by calling our Customer Experience team at (800) 283-3096.

POINTS

How does the program work?

Members receive 1point per $1.00 spent on all qualifying purchases. For every 150 points earned, members will receive a $5.00 reward, which will be issued via email or text. There is no limit to the number of rewards you can earn. Some items and services are ineligible for reward points. For a full list of ineligible items, see our Terms and Conditions.

Do my points ever expire?

Accrued points expire at the end of the month one calendar year from the date they are earned.

Are there any other ways to earn points?

We may occasionally send you exclusive members-only offers and feature product-specific promotions (i.e. Double Points or Bonus Points) in-store and online at OReillyAuto.com.

If you are an O’Rewards member and your points from an in-store or online transaction do not appear on your account within 48 hours of your purchase, you may contact our Customer Experience team at (800) 283-3096 or Live Chat with them. They will be happy to assist you in logging your O’Rewards transaction(s). You will need your invoice number, date of purchase and details of what was purchased. Can I earn points at OReillyAuto.com?

Yes, points may be earned online at OReillyAuto.com. There are several opportunities throughout the checkout process to sign up for an O’Rewards account or connect an existing O’Rewards account to your purchase.

What if I return a purchase?

If a purchase is returned, the points earned will be deducted from your account. It may take up to 60 days for your account to reflect point deductions from returned merchandise. If a reward is issued for the points earned from a returned purchase, this may result in a negative points balance on your account.

When do my points appear in my account?

Your points will appear in your account 24 – 48 hours after your purchase.
