In what amounts are O'Reilly Auto Parts gift cards available?

O'Reilly Auto Parts gift cards are available to purchase in $5 increments in amounts from $5 to $500.

Where can I use my O'Reilly Auto Parts gift card?

O'Reilly Auto Parts gift cards can be used to purchase parts at any O'Reilly Auto Store or online at oreillyauto.com. The use of gift cards for an online purchase is limited to three cards per order.

How are my gift cards shipped?

Gift cards purchased online may be mailed to valid residential or commercial street addresses within the 50 United States. We do not ship Gift cards to P.O. Boxes at this time. Your gift card(s) will be shipped via USPS First-Class Mail. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery.

Gift cards may also be purchased at any one of our retail locations.

Can I reload my gift card?

Yes. Our gift cards are reloadable in any O'Reilly Auto Parts store nationwide.

Will my gift card expire?

No. O'Reilly Auto Parts gift cards do not have an expiration date.

How do I check the balance of my gift card?

Check your O'Reilly Auto Parts gift card balance at any O'Reilly Auto Parts store or online at www.oreillyauto.com/gift-card.

Where is my PIN number?

Your gift card's secure, four digit PIN (Personal Identification Number), as well as the card number, are located on the back of the card. You may have to scratch off the silver strip in order to see your PIN. You will be required to enter your card's PIN on all online gift card transactions.

Can I return an O'Reilly Auto Parts gift card or exchange it for cash?

Gift cards cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for cash.

Can I use my O'Reilly Auto Parts gift card to pay my customer account balance?

O'Reilly Auto Parts gift cards cannot be used to pay off customer account balances.

What if I lose my gift card?

Gift cards are the same as cash. If they are lost or stolen, O'Reilly Auto Parts will not replace cards or reimburse any balance remaining on the card.

How do I pay with my gift card?

You can pay for your order using any O'Reilly Auto Parts gift card by entering the card number and PIN in the space provided on the payment page. The use of gift cards for an online purchase is limited to three cards per order. If you would like to pay with multiple gift cards, simply enter the first gift card and then you will have the option to enter another. You may also combine gift card and credit card payment methods online.

Can gift card balances be combined?

Gift cards or balances cannot be combined onto a new card. Gift cards cannot be used to buy other gift cards for any reason.

How long should I keep my gift card after using it for an online purchase?

Please hang on to your gift card(s) until you have either received your online order or picked it up at a store location. No charges will be deducted from your gift card(s) until your order has been shipped out to you or until you receive notification that your order is ready for pick. For pick up in-store orders, you will need to provide the payment method(s) used to one of our team members at the time of picking up your order.

Can I send an e-gift card?

No. Unfortunately, we do not offer electronic gift cards at this time. Physical gift cards will be mailed to the shipping address used when purchasing the card. However, FREE standard shipping is available on gift cards purchased online.

Your card is redeemable solely at O’Reilly Auto Parts stores in the United States. Not redeemable for cash or credit, unless required by law. Protect your card like cash. This is not a credit or debit card and has no implied warranties. Depending on state of issuance, O’Reilly Automotive stores, Inc. or O’Reilly Auto Enterprises, LLC, is the sole Issuer of your card, and the sole obligor to card owner. Issuer may assign its rights and duties as issuer in their entirety to any entirety to any affiliate or any other issuer without recourse or consent of card owner. If assigned, Issuer shall have no obligation to card owner, and the new issuer will be the sole obligor. Issuer is not responsible or liable for lost, stolen or damaged cards, or for cards used without your permission except as required by law. Purchase, acceptance or use of your card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, which are subject to change without notice to the full extent permitted by law.
