Painting Bed Liner
This tutorial was completed on a 2011 F150, but the process will be the same for any truck. If you have a long bed, you may need an extra quart to ensure full coverage and thickness.

How to Paint Bed Liner
Step 1: Prepare the truck bed
Do It Right: If your truck bed has tie down anchors, you will want to remove those first. |
Do It Right: You may need a second pair of hands to help with the removal of your tailgate. |
Step 2: Scuff and mask the truck bed surface
Do It Right: Mask off boundaries as you get to them to protect paint where the bed liner won’t be applied. |
Step 3: Roll on the bed liner
Do It Right: If your kit calls for any additional treatments of primer or adhesion promoter, apply them according to the manufacturer’s instructions. |
Do It Right: You can also use BED ARMOR™ aerosol for this portion of the application. |
Step 4: Remove masking tape and reattach the tailgate
Do It Right: Reattach the tie downs. |
