Detailed Description
Engine Heater; Freeze Plug Heaters are used to heat the engine fluids of gas and diesel vehicles to ensure quicker winter starts and reduce engine wear in cold weather. The heater is operated using standard household AC power and the heat generated is distributed throughout the engine by the convective flow of the warmed coolant. Highest rated; most efficient type of heater on the market today. The V-Loc locking system provides quick; trouble-free installation. Plated stamped steel and forged brass adapters with copper heating elements for maximum life and efficiency.
Agricultural, Industrial and Heavy Duty Applications:
- Nissan SD-33 and SD6-72 (3.2 Liter 6 Cylinder Engines). Install in second and fourth left side freeze plugs. Two heaters are required. Point element at 12 o'clock.
- Perkins 4-135 (GB Series 4 Cylinder). Install in right side. Point element up or down.
