The Ignition coil is an essential part in the ignition system providing the energy to create spark at the spark plug and ignite the air-fuel mixture in the combustion chamber. The ignition coil consists of two copper coil windings and a laminated iron core in a precisely manufactured housing designed to fit into the tight area under the hood or on the motor assembly.
