The SC1455 Electric Vehicle Charger from Schumacher is versatile, reliable, and designed with the user in mind. Level 2 charging provides 240 volts at 16 amps with a NEMA 6-20P outlet, charging an electric car up to three times faster than at lower levels. Level 1 charging is also possible with the SC1455, supplying 120 volts at 12 amps with the included adapter. LED charging status indicators are easy to see even at night, and the 28-foot cord gives users the flexibility to charge where they need to. EV enthusiasts agree preservation of their electric vehicle is a top priority; the SC1455 features overcurrent and overvoltage protection delivering additional peace of mind.
The SC1455 also includes a universal connector that works with any electric vehicle with the standard J1772 connector in North America.
