Parts Washer Mat; Bioremediating; Multi-Layer Design; Normal To Heavy Usage; The CRC FL4 OzzyMat is a key component designed to introduce the Ozzy microbes into the SmartWasher bioremediating parts washing system. The Ozzy microbes migrate from the multi-layered mat to the OzzyJuice in the SmartWasher tank and break down hazardous waste. Each FL4 OzzyMat from CRC has 4 white layers that trap any particles larger than 50 microns and 1 blue layer that contains the Ozzy microbes. One white layer should be peeled away once a week for optimum performance, and the OzzyMat should be replaced monthly to keep the microbe colony healthy and keep the SmartWasher system working at peak performance. CRC offers a complete line of SmartWasher products and accessories designed to more easily and safely clean parts and minimize environmental impact.
