Activator; Ful-Poxy 483-45 HS Activator (High-Temp) is used to mix Nason Ful-Poxy 491-35 HS Epoxy Primer/Sealer, a 3.5 lbs/gal (420 g/l) VOC compliant, non-sanding, epoxy primer-sealer formulated for maximum adhesion and corrosion resistance to properly treated substrates.
