The Monroe Magnum shock absorber for class 6-8 vehicles is the first gas-charged, large-bore shock for air spring and taper leaf suspensions. The nitrogen gas charge provides the fast response essential for today's heavy truck suspension systems.
- STRONG AND DURABLE -- Shouldered bushing and bonded bushing with sleeve protects from bushing walkout for improved quality

- LONGER SERVICE LIFE -- Bearing with PTFE coating reduces friction between rod and rod guide combined with nitrocarburized piston rod provides durability and longer service life (most applications)
- CONSISTENT RIDE -- All-weather fluid contains special additives to assist with extreme temperatures and help reduce oil breakdown while larger 2-3/8 inch reserve tube holds more fluid to improve performance (most applications)
- EXCEPTIONAL HANDLING -- 10-Stage valving, tuned specifically to each vehicle, adjusts to road extremes while the larger 1-3/4 inch bore provides more efficient damping control to provide consistency and a smooth ride (most applications)
