LOCTITE Threadlocker 263 is the most robust performing, high strength threadlocker available. A versatile, primerless, red threadlocker with excellant oil tolerance on as-received fasteners, up to 1" (25 mm). Cures consistently on a variety of metals including stainless steel and most plated fasteners. Localized heating required for disassembly. Typical applications include: Assembly with air tools, cylinder block bolts, ring gear bolts, transmission shaft bolts, frame brackets, suspension fasteners.

LOCTITE 263 is a red, dual cure, acrylic dimethacrylate ester fluorescent threadlocker designed for the permanent locking and sealing of threaded fasteners. It cures between close fitting metal surfaces and prevents loosening and leakage from shock and vibration. It works on active metals (e.g. brass, copper) and passive substrates such as stainless steel and plated surfaces.
