The #9038 combines the most popular fuel pump relay applications. The 6-piece Fuel Pump Relay Bypass Master Kit allows fuel pressure to be read when an engine is inoperable. It plugs in place of the fuel pump relay and provides direct control over the fuel pump circuit in most domestic, Japanese, Korean and German applications.
