Sander; 2-3/4 Inch X 16 Inch; Straight Line; Reciprocal Action; The 2000-4H shares the same innovative construction as the model 2000 but tailored for larger surfaces. The strong 15/16" stroke of the 2000-4H is aggressive enough to level hard woods while offering the operator enough control to sand the most delicate veneers. The linear straight-line sanding action virtually eliminates cross-grain sanding "pig tails". The large 4 1/2" x 16" Velcro pad insures a smooth flat finish with any abrasive grit. Designed for the cabinet and furniture industry, the new Hutchins 2000-4H delivers the ultimate flat finish on all wood surfaces.

Hutchins Manufacturing Company, located in Pasadena, CA. is a 65 year-old privately owned company founded by Al Hutchins. Al Hutchins started his career as a body man with an engineering background. Al started designing pneumatic tools to increase productivity and performance. Although Al is no longer with us, his two sons Alme and Don continue to follow the path created by their father.
