Detailed Description
The BOSS Torsion-Flex is the innovative fusion of the MEGA-DUTY drop hitch and TORSION-FLEX technology. In addition to being heavy-duty, fully adjustable, and versatile, the BOSS also contains rubber torsion arms. Therefore, only 10 percent of the trailer inertia transfers compared to 100 percent when using a hard connection hitch. The 90 percent smoother ride allows you to glide instead of bounce, therefore increasing gas mileage. Since the tow vehicle and trailer track independently, customers gain greater control and safety through the reduction in sway and trailer bounce. Customers also secure greatly increased braking control because all of the weight on the tow vehicle and trailer is distributed evenly. Bumps, potholes, curves, hills, and even other drivers can be a hazard, and the BOSS keeps you under control when confronted with these conditions. Additionally, this product reduces metal fatigue caused by traditional towing that takes a toll on the trailer and its contents. Consequently, the BOSS increases quality of life and holds value, ensuring that everyone (family, friends, and livestock) arrives alive.

Brand Information
Carl's involvement in the commercial tree care business drove home the inconvenience of not having a hitch system which was compatible among all the trucks and towable units necessary for the company's operation. As a result of this incompatibility, crews were constantly forced to make special arrangements to make sure their vehicle could pull the particular trailer necessary for a particular job. Based upon this experience, Carl began to design an adjustable tri-ball/pintle combination hitch which allowed a truck to tow multiple different trailers. The result of this work was the development of the patented GEN-Y Hitch. GEN-Y Hitch has continued to develop the GEN-Y Hitch line, which currently encompasses eight Class IV hitches as well as 3 Class V models. All of these hitches are designed with multiple stacked receivers that enable the three ball mount, to be easily adjusted for height and have weight capacities from 10,000 lb to 32,000 lb.
The patented GEN-Y Hitch design has been proven in the field and the feedback from customers indicates to GEN-Y Hitch that there is a significant market for this product for both commercial and personal applications.
