Crimping has never been easier, thanks to the new Gates GC32TSi Crimper's intuitive, easy-to-use computer touch screen. Simply touch the icons for the hose and coupling you want to use. The screen lists the proper dies and provides you with complete, up-to-date crimp specs using Gates eCrimp data. The GC32TSi automatically measures the crimp outside diameter (COD) and displays it on the easy-to-use Android control panel. Hose and coupling interface is the most critical component of a hydraulic hose assembly. This crimper takes the guess-work out of producing hydraulic assemblies
- GC32TSi is a precision measuring machine
- A rear-mounted camera ensures full coupling and die contact prior to crimping and retraction doesn't occur until the correct crimp O.D. is achieved
- The dies will not retract until the proper COD is achieved and displayed on the tablet, minimizing the risk of failure
- The GC32TSi uses GC32 dies, has 2 Inch 6-wire capability and works with all Gates hoses and couplings, including GSM couplings
