Our Molded Coolant Hoses are manufactured to fit upper, lower, bypass, heater and other coolant applications with OEM-quality specifications, saving you time, money and energy from going to your OE dealer for radiator hose replacements. Gates' molded coolant hose line is the most comprehensive line on the replacement market
- Specifically-engineered materials resist collapse under vacuum
- Engineered to resist electrochemical degradation, the leading cause of hose failure
- Pre-shaped to fit and to ensure perfectly sealed conditions
- EPDM tube

- heat-, ozone- and chemical coolant-resistant EPDM cover
- Meets requirements of SAE 20R4, class D2 and DIN 73411, class A (except for tolerances)
- Temperature Range: -40 Degree Fahrenheit to +257 Degree Fahrenheit (-40 Degree Celsius to +125 Deg. C)
- Note: Gates recommends replacing hose clamps each time a new coolant hose is installed
- Caution: Do not use for fuel or oil transfer applications

Engineered to resist electrochemical degradation - the leading cause of hose failure. Meets SAE 20R3 type EC Class D-1 and D-2 specifications. Temperature rating: -40 degree F to 275 degree F (-40 degree C to 135 degree C) in coolant hose applications.
