Gates Krikit gauges provide a simple and quick way to measure belt tension on V-belts to ensure long belt life and optimal belt drive performance. This easy-to-use gauge is designed for tensioning all automotive V-belts up to, and including, 7/8 Inch top widths
- Scale reads in pounds and kilograms
- Measures tension from 30 to 160 lb., and 15 to 75 kg
- Die-cast aluminum body, nylon indicator arm and pressure pad
- Fits in pocket with stainless steel pocket clip
- Note: Not for use on timing belts.
