FANTASTIC PROFESSIONAL ADHESION PROMOTER promotes paint adhesion to most surfaces, like plastics, aluminum, galvanized metal, zinc, painted surfaces, fiberglass and trim. Its professional grade formula replaces the need to abrade surfaces in hard-to-sand areas and provides a protective barrier against lifting. It sprays flat and dries fast, to deliver a smooth finish ready for overpainting.
