These retainers are designed to be used with springs featuring 1.55 inch O.D. and 1.125 I.D. The valve stem size needed for this retainer to work properly must be 11/32 inch and 7- degree locks are required also. Valve Spring Retainers for Use OE Cast Iron Heads. Black Oxide. Machined for Strength with Black Oxide Finish. Finish Ensures Rust and Corrosion Protection.
