The Coast Pure Beam Focusing system is accessed by sliding the head forward and back with effortless one-handed operation. This sturdy, 5.5 inch, 4.1-ounce light is rated IP54 dustproof and splash proof, so it's safe to use in challenging conditions and inclement weather. Another challenge the HP7L overcomes: it won't roll off a car hood or a sloping surface, thanks to its anti-roll tail cap.
