Detailed Description

Air Conditioning System Cleaner;
  • A/C flush solution that effectively cleans R-134a A/C systems
  • Solvent based
  • Fast-drying - Evaporates quickly
  • Leaves no residue


Usage Directions

Preparation for Flushing:

  • Reclaim refrigerant as required by EPA Regulations
  • All flushing container (6 to 12 ounce based on component to be cleaned)
  • Disconnect hoses from A/C components
  • Flush the following components with air pressure as the propellant: hoses, condenser and evaporator
  • DO NOT FLUSH COMPRESSOR, EXPANSION VALVE, FILTER/DRYER OR ACCUMULATOR

Flushing:

  • Hold flushing nozzle into hose or component, and continue to flush until Flush and Clean flows freely and cleanly
  • After a one-minute wait, run nitrogen or dried filtered air through the hose or component
  • Vacuum the system for a minimum of 30 minutes to insure the evaporation of residual flush solution
  • After completion, flushing material must be disposed of in accordance with state, local and federal laws regarding chemical disposal
